metro station clear instructions good service
The hotel sits right by the metro station. It made getting around simple. The staff provided clear instructions for check-in. The service was good.

slow drainage loose faucet
The shower drainage was slow. Water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. I reported it to the front desk, but the repairs did not completely resolve the issues. The bathroom sink faucet felt loose and needs repair. It was disappointing.
